Contactless Transactions for Ladder Drop off and Pickup

We apologise if the system is a little slower than usual. We ask you to please be patient while we “follow the rules”

DROPOFFS

  1. At all times we will practice and expect 2m physical distancing
  2. ONLY 1 CUSTOMER VEHICLE MAY WAIT AT THE ROAD CONES AT A TIME
  3. Other customers must wait in their car until space at the road cones becomes available
  4. Sanitise your hands at service area
  5. You are required to stand behind the road cones and wait for our instruction.
  6. A BLS staff member will ask you for your name and company details, including phone number and email address. You will also be asked where you have come from before this and the name of your last contact and their contact phone number
  7. You will be asked to leave your ladder in the Dropoff-Pickup Zone
  8. We will email (or TXT if you do not have an email address) your Inwards Goods Number

 

PICKUPS

  1. Prepayment required please. We will then ring you to arrange a time for you to pick up your ladder/s (Note: No EFTPOS Terminal transactions during COVID-19 Level 3 )

  4. Other customers must wait in their car until space at the road cones becomes available
  5. You are required to stand behind the road cones and wait for our instruction.
  6. A BLS staff member will ask you for your name and company. You will also be asked where you have come from before this and the name of your last contact and their contact phone number
  7. BLS will have sanitised your ladder and have it ready for you upon your arrival
  8. You will be asked to take your ladders from out of the the Dropoff-Pickup Zone
  9. We will email (or TXT if you do not have an email address) your Outwards Goods Number
